New Reading Material, X-Men: Legacy

There are two comic book shops within two blocks of the Art Institute. The one shop has new comic books for sale at $1 each. They are new but older issues. So today I figured I’d jump into a series and snatched up about 12 issues in a row of X-Men: Legacy (issue 208 – 221). As a kid I would read random comics, a lot of X-Men but nothing regular. Basically whatever the local bookmobile would bring around. I know how awesome that I could check out comic books.

I have only red some Spider Man in recent history I even for get the name of the exact series. But it was before all the Civil War story broke out. Actually the first Civil War issue may have been the last comic I bought before today.

Anyway I was able to read an issue over lunch and I think I got a good story. The art isn’t as cool as I would like as Professor X seems to have not been drawn very well in some scenes. So all you comic book dorks out there can tell me your thoughts.
